Baton Rouge Eviction Gone Bad. Real bad.

When removing a tenant requires the SWAT Team, and not just an eviction lawyer, there is definitely a problem:

A Napoleonville resident was booked Monday on aggravated battery after he allegedly sprayed a chemical substance at officials trying to evict him from his home, according to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Jason M. Oncale, 32, 608 Railroad Ave., sprayed the chemical at the owner of the residence, a state trooper and a constable serving the eviction notice, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.
When Oncale refused to exit the residence or surrender
to authorities, the news release says, Swat Team members surrounded the residence, and after about an hour, Oncale exited the residence peacefully.
